BACKGROUND: Field Consulting Services, Inc. (FCSi) is a twenty-year-old business consulting
firm providing skilled financial, operational, and business consulting to small and medium sized companies. FCSi specializes in information technology and
process improvement. FCSi assists companies in maximizing the potential of their management information by assessing current
systems and processes, educating management teams, and providing expertise on the latest in information technology. FCS works
with clients in defining their information system needs and requirements, identifying software applications meeting those
requirements, and implementing the applications in a timely manner with minimal disruption to normal business activities.
FCS also advises companies when process improvements should be achieved through better financial controls, the implementation
of lean and continuous improvement principles rather than through expensive technology. FCS does not represent or resell
any software products, but acts as a neutral, unbiased third party on behalf of the client in locating the best applications.
The firm specializes in business related software products including accounting systems, MRP/ERP, CRM, EDI, bar coding, and
Internet based applications. FCS is a Premier Business Parter of Engleman Associates, Inc. a developer of tools and processes
for managing enterprise software projects; specifically selections, implementations, and optimization.

PRINCIPAL:
Stephen D. Field is the President of Field
Consulting Services, Inc. Mr. Field started his career in industrial and high technology manufacturing. For the past
twenty years Mr. Field has consulted and guided companies in financial management, selecting, implementing, and optimizing
enterprise software systems, establishing financial operating systems, creating inventory reduction programs, and developing
the full scope of sound business practices. Mr. Field has also played key roles in non-profit
organizations, the startup of several manufacturing related Internet companies, and in helping traditional manufacturers understand
and leverage the power of the Internet to support their business objectives.

Mr. Field received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
from Northwestern University and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is certified
by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and is active with the local APICS chapters as well as other
community and professional organizations.

Mr. Field is one of the founding members of Aimattech Consulting, LLC,
a management consulting business specializing in corporate level advisory services in finance, sales & marketing, product
development, manufacturing, and other aspects of technology management.

Field Consulting Services has also partnered with GDC-Total Business Solutions,
a leader in the area of process improvement, to provide a full range of lean training and lean consulting services for manufacturers
